The 7x GN 1/1 or 7×600×400 mm blast chiller by Arktic enables blast chilling or blast freezing – the best natural way to extend shelf life and maintain freshness of food. It allows for better planning of kitchen work and preparation of more meals and semi-finished products without having to repeat these tasks every day. Separate functions for ice cream freezing cycle (-20°C) and deep surface freezing (-40°C).
